Warranty
All goods purchased from The Boring Bicycle Company are warrantied by product’s individual warranty policies, Strictly under manufacturer’s intended circumstance of use. Please read and abide to manufacturer owner’s guide.

In case of warranty claims, an original or soft copy of the proof of purchase will be required.

The Boring Bicycle Company will not be liable for any form of compensation or responsibilities for all products and services sold without any length of time.

Purchase and Exchange
Items MUST be thoroughly checked for any manufacturing defects,
imperfections, colours, models at point of purchase before signing off the delivery order or acceptance of purchase.

In the event of exchange, the original packaging, contents, accessories, free-gifts must be returned in its full packaging, as per when receiving your purchase. The Boring Bicycle Company reserve the rights to deny any exchange if purchase is not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Discounts and Promotions

Refunds
Within (7 Days) of purchase. Customers are entitled to full refund of their purchase only under the condition that the product(s) are unused and returned in its full original packaging and condition. The Boring Bicycle Company reserve the rights to inspect and reject any refunds without explanation. Strictly no refund in part or full will be considered for any rendered services, workshops, events, membership, Charlton individual indoor cycling suite sessions or purchases via of from our collaborating partners.

In the event of refund, All free-gifts, membership perks, bank or institutional charges will be recovered where applicable and appropriately. Refund amount will be based on paid amount only.

A one-time processing fee of SGD$20 or 20% must be paid prior processing of the refund.

All refunds must be made at The Boring Bicycle Company’s physical
store or Products must be sent back to our physical store.

All refunds will be processed within 30 Working Days without exception.
