SILCA was founded in 1917 by Felice Sacchi just outside of Milan, Italy. The company innovated and grew quickly by innovating as the first company to put gauges on pumps, the first company to produce a true 'high-pressure' frame pump, the first to work with the revolutionary lightweight material plastic after the end of WWII. More recently, the company was first with a valve controlled CO2 inflator, and with some irony, the first to move away from plastics and back to wood handles. Along the way, the company ideals became deeply rooted in a combination of durable materials, traditional craftsmanship, and innovation. It is no accident that so many of the SILCA pumps of the 1960's and 70's are still in use today, nor is it accidental that we continue to sell replacement parts for those very pumps.

General
The Boring Bicycle Company – TBBC, E-Commerce site operating under the URL of WWW.THEBORINGBICYCLECOMPANY.COM is fully owned and managed by The Boring Bicycle Store. All goods and services sold via our physical or web store are goods that are purchased through local distributors, authorised resellers and consortium partners. You are assured that the Products and Services sold at The Boring Bicycle Company are pre-inspected for defects, unreasonable imperfections or counterfeit products or services.

In the event where customers had made a purchase during collaboration events, pop-up store organised by The Boring Bicycle Company, that is not part of our product offerings, customers are advised to contact the company/partner directly. The Boring Bicycle Company will not be liable for any form of compensation or responsibilities for the products or services.

By signing off on the sales agreement, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

The Boring Bicycle Store reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Warranty
All goods purchased from The Boring Bicycle Company are warrantied by product’s individual warranty policies, Strictly under manufacturer’s intended circumstance of use. Please read and abide to manufacturer owner’s guide.

In case of warranty claims, an original or soft copy of the proof of purchase will be required.

The Boring Bicycle Company will not be liable for any form of compensation or responsibilities for all products and services sold without any length of time.

Purchase and Exchange
Items MUST be thoroughly checked for any manufacturing defects,
imperfections, colours, models at point of purchase before signing off the delivery order or acceptance of purchase.

In the event of exchange, the original packaging, contents, accessories, free-gifts must be returned in its full packaging, as per when receiving your purchase. The Boring Bicycle Company reserve the rights to deny any exchange if purchase is not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Discounts and Promotions
Discounted and promotional items are not eligible for exchange or refunds unless otherwise stated.

Items provided at a discounted rate are non-disclosable.

Transactions created under special circumstances may not guarantee the same discounted/promotional rates and free gifts in future transactions.

Refunds
Within 7 Days of purchase. Customers are entitled to full refund of their purchase only under the condition that the product(s) are unused and returned in its full original packaging and condition. The Boring Bicycle Company reserve the rights to inspect and reject any refunds without explanation. Strictly no refund in part or full will be considered for any rendered services, workshops, events, membership, Charlton individual indoor cycling suite sessions or purchases via of from our collaborating partners.

In the event of refund, All free-gifts, membership perks, bank or institutional charges will be recovered where applicable and appropriately. Refund amount will be based on paid amount only.

A one-time processing fee of SGD$20 or 10% value of Charlton individual indoor cycling suite must be paid prior processing of the refund.

All refunds must be made at The Boring Bicycle Company’s physical
store or Products must be sent back to our physical store.

All refunds will be processed within 30 Working Days without exception.
